Jenni White is a California-based entrepreneur, business executive, and strategic consultant whose diverse career spans technology, business development, digital marketing, real estate investment, and energy solutions. With more than a decade of entrepreneurial leadership, she specializes in identifying emerging opportunities, building strategic relationships, and connecting public- and private-sector stakeholders to advance innovative, commercially viable initiatives.
As Founder and CEO of Polaris Marketing & Consulting, a full-service digital marketing agency and business consultancy headquartered in Burbank, California, Jenni has helped businesses develop growth strategies, expand market reach, and navigate complex commercial environments since 2016. Her experience includes participation in initiatives supported by the California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), as well as collaboration with PACE-LA to help California businesses identify and pursue contracting opportunities with municipal, county, and state entities.
Jenni has expanded her focus into energy solutions through a strategic engagement and partnership with Solar Depot, a prospective product supplier for innovative energy pilot programs with California utility companies. These initiatives seek to establish scalable public-private partnerships focused on energy savings.
Solar Depot is preparing to begin U.S.-based solar cell production in 2027. This expansion is expected to strengthen American manufacturing capabilities, create opportunities to leverage applicable domestic-content tax incentives, and reduce costs for residential and commercial solar installations. Jenni's involvement focuses on connecting utility companies, policymakers, EPC contractors, manufacturers, and private-sector partners to advance practical, cost-effective energy solutions.
An Altadena resident since 2020, Jenni personally experienced the devastating January 2025 Eaton Fire. Since the day of the fires, she has volunteered her time supporting community recovery and rebuilding efforts as an Honorary Co-Founder of The Altadena Coalition. The coalition maintains strategic relationships with organizations including LA Fire Justice, co-founded and led by former California Assemblymember Chris Holden.
Jenni is also Co-Founder and CEO of Drive Thru Offers, a Southern California real estate investment company specializing in wholesale acquisitions, residential redevelopment, and fix-and-flip opportunities. She is actively exploring larger-scale development opportunities, particularly 100% affordable housing projects with ready-to-issue approvals.
Jenni holds an ownership interest in Lewis Wine Imports, an Italian wine importation and distribution company with operations across seven states. She is working to expand the company's national distribution footprint while exploring procurement and hospitality opportunities associated with the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
Across her ventures, Jenni brings a multidisciplinary perspective and a relationship-driven approach to business development. Her current focus is advancing innovative energy initiatives that unite California utilities, policymakers, EPC contractors, manufacturers, and private-sector partners to deliver scalable energy savings, strengthen domestic manufacturing, and create lasting economic benefits for California communities.

The Honorable James E. Campos serves as President and Chief Political Officer of Red Post Energy Futures, a division of Red Post Energy Group, LLC. He leads strategy for next-generation energy development, project pipeline expansion, and stakeholder engagement. The division focuses on power generation and infrastructure deployment across the United States amid rising demand driven by data centers, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.
In fall 2026, Mr. Campos was named a Senior Leadership Fellow at the Adam Smith Center for Economic Freedom at Florida International University. His work focuses on energy policy and economic security, including the need for the United States to lead the Western Hemisphere in meeting unprecedented power demand.
Previously, Mr. Campos served in Virginia as a Cabinet Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade/Energy and as Executive Director for the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission, a $1.7 billion economic development agency and fund focused on energy development, innovation, infrastructure, and rural agriculture advancement under Governor Glenn Youngkin.
Mr. Campos was nominated by President Donald J. Trump and confirmed by the United States Senate by a vote of 98–2 as an Assistant Secretary and Director at the U.S. Department of Energy. He served on White House councils supporting Hispanic educational excellence, HBCUs, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, Opportunity and Revitalization Zones, and affordable housing. He oversaw workforce development and business strategy, STEM education initiatives, equal employment opportunity, and civil rights.
Across Nevada and Virginia, Mr. Campos has received eight gubernatorial appointments from three governors. His Nevada appointments included the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, Judicial Selection Commission, Governor's Workforce Investment Sector Councils, International Trade Council, and Nevada Taxicab Authority Commission. He also served as Commissioner of Nevada's Consumer Affairs Division.
Mr. Campos serves on energy, education, business, veterans, chamber, and STEM advisory boards, including organizations in Texas, Virginia, and California.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Applied Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow. He also holds executive certificates in energy innovation, business, and human resources from Georgetown, Stanford, and Cornell Universities.
